It could be that the left side bar, where the Keywords are placed, is closed. There are 3 little dots in the middle of the divider, allowing you to enlarge and minimise the left hand sidebar. Click anywhere on the sidebar and drag it to the right, while you keep the mouse clicked. The left side bar, including the keywords, will reappear.
If all else fails, and you'd just like to reset the view of SECockpit to what it was in the beginning, please click on "Settings" (the gear-wheel symbol top right in your screen) and click on "Reset Display Preferences".
Then, log out and log back in. Everything should be back to the default view.
